Our company was founded on February 1, 1976, as D. J. Farrow and Associates, and later incorporated on August 30, 1977. The present name of our company, R&D Consulting, Inc., emerged after the retirement of the founder and the acquisition of the company by  R. T. Hollinger  and  D. E. Eccles  in 1996.

Our owners are working managers in our company. Every client receives day-to-day involvement and personal attention of the owners of the company. This personalized service guarantees the availability of management for timely decisions thereby avoiding any unnecessary delays.

We strive to operate as an extension of our client's engineering department. Our flexibility allows us to tailor project packages to our client's requirements and not a predetermined standard. Our company also employs a team approach by assigning project engineers, design engineers, designers and draftsmen to specific projects. Composition of the team is based upon the requirements of each individual project.
