offered in scheduled classes.

Robert T. Hollinger, born Glasgow, Scotland. Education: Higher National Certificate
(Civil Engineering), The London City & Guilds (Full
Technological Certificate in Fabrication of
Steelwork and Fabrication of Welding Technician).
Recipient of National Merit Scholarship from British
Constructional Steelwork Association LTD. Over
thirty years diversified experience in design and
project management of refineries, carbon black
plants, bulk material handling facilities and
petrochemical plants. Includes civil/structural
design, project estimating, scheduling, office
administration and interdisciplinary designation of
engineering and drafting personnel. Preparation of
installed cost estimates to determine adequacy of
preliminary estimate and funding.

Vice-President / Technical Manager / Project
Manager
David E. Eccles, born New Orleans, Louisiana. Education: McNeese State
University (B.S. Electrical Engineering, 1975),
McNeese State University (Course in Project
Management with PERT/CPM). Member of the Institute
of Electrical and Electronic Engineers and ISA.
Member and past Chapter Vice President of the
Louisiana Engineering Society. Extensive engineering
and design experience in electrical, instrumentation
and HAZOP studies for refineries and chemical
plants. Includes project engineering, engineering
design, material specification and requisition,
estimating, scheduling, quality controls procedures,
engineering supervision and construction assistance.
"On-site" electrical experience for various plants
includes power transmission and distribution, motor
control logic, load surveys, lighting and grounding.
Instrument experience includes distributed control
systems, batch control systems, automatic PLC
controlled loading system, safety shutdown systems,
intrinsic safety systems, analyzers, and
multiplexing systems for various flow, pressure and
temperature instruments.
